In the fall of 2011, i finally had the opportunity to check out a monthly event that had been on my radar for a few years known as the Erotic Literary Salon… i performed one of 1st erotic poems i ever wrote on the open mic called “Reciprocation”! Here’s what the host of the event had to say…
“We were honored to have Plum Dragoness perform her erotica… Superb… (The audience’s) response was overwhelming… First time in three plus years I have ever seen anyone get a standing ovation from the audience… It was obvious she needed to be invited back as a featured performer! She is a truly gifted and talented performance artist, incorporating dance, poetry and theatre in her presentations.”
-Susana Mayer (Ph.D./Sexologist, Founder & Host The Erotic Literary Salon)
So, that brings me to this point… I am excited to announce the release of SenSexual: A Unique Anthology 2013, in which this poem is featured! Please see details for Purchases, Reviews, the official Press Release below & be sure to check out the Salon if you have not already…

(Philadelphia, PA, February 10, 2013) SenSexual: A Unique Anthology 2013 is a treasury of steamy, provocative, authentic works, bound to broaden the erotic literary experiences of the reader. Susana Mayer, PhD, delivers for the first time in print, the same mix of soul stirring, edgy, brazen writings, along with the authors’ illuminating backstories and her occasional revealing commentaries that have lead to raucous laughter, unabashed tears and occasional squirming at her long runningErotic Literary Salon in Philadelphia.
Fifty authors have contributed their tender memories of love and spirited sexplay to this exceptional two-volume anthology, transporting the reader through heart-pounding, seductive, occasionally kinky works to celebrate the diversity of sexual fascinations and desires. This is the ebook to read with a friend or share with your book club members, since it will most certainly spark a conversation or discussion that is bound to enlighten all. Reading alone is fine, but you might want to locate a bed first. The excerpts below are offered in no specific order.
Sex Therapists/Counselors/Educators can recommend this text to clients interested in awakening their sexual passion and expanding their erotic vocabulary. The generous selection of styles, intensity and scenarios can act as a catalyst for couples to share their erotic fantasies and explore their sexual expressions. The variety also gives individuals the opportunity to find and explore what turns them on verbally.
The book is dedicated to Dr. Frances Seidman, who first started writing erotica in her early 90’s. Included in this text are a dozen of her sexual memoir entries, love letters, and short stories all previously shared at the Erotic Literary Salon. Her mere presence at the Salon has given some individuals the ‘permission’ they require to feel comfortable regarding erotica. Her writings will most likely do the same for people who have shame or guilt regarding verbal turn-ons.
This ebook can be read on all electronic devices. FREE Reading Apps.
